岗位职责：
1、机电工程专业背景；
2、独立整理，分析项目数据；
3、使用分析软件，参与并完成相关建筑物理分析工作，如建筑能耗分析，采光分析；
4、根据分析结果提出改进建议，和项目团队沟通落实，参与优化设计，完成相关成果报告；
5、调研，收集，整理市场最新技术信息与新闻；
6、协助相关绿色建筑评价认证工作。

Responsibilities:
•MEP discipline background
•Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information independently
•Perform building physics including energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor
•Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report
•Research on relative latest technologies and news
•Assist in green building assessment and certification

任职资格：
1、暖通、建筑技术、建筑设备、建筑物理等相关专业正规院校本科及以上学历；
2、具有快速学习能力和扎实的专业基础知识；
3、有一年以上设计院或公司的建筑物理分析工作经验；
4、了解建筑机电工程，能看懂建筑图纸；
5、熟练使用各种通用办公软件；
6、认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力；
7、流利的英语读写和沟通能力；
8、了解建筑物理分析和相关模拟分析软件者优先；
9、熟悉相关绿色建筑相关规范、节能技术及相关原理者优先。

Requirements:
•Bachelor and above, master is a plus.
•MEP design or building physics or similar field with 1+ years of professional experience
•Experience with design and simulation tools such as Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.
•Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.
•Fluent speaking and writing English
•Fast learner
•Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
•Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
