职位描述

Interior Designer室内设计师
岗位职责：
1、协助高级设计师完成公司商业型建筑和精装修项目的设计工作；
2、协助现场施工与设计等技术沟通；
3、协助现场勘查、分析及测量等工作；
4、参与设计团队完成招标，施工等相关资料的编制；
5、参与设计团队完成招标图，施工图等相关图纸编制。
任职资格：
1、室内设计本科毕业，三年以上相关工作经验；
2、具有团结合作的精神，有凝聚力；
3、具创意，有很强的设计作品理解能力，能够独立完成工程并绘制相关图纸；
4、热爱室内设计专业，具备手绘功底，能够熟练操作CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCH-UP等设计辅助软件；
5、对装饰施工节点，施工工艺，材料及相关国家规范有一定的了解；
6、具有团队合作精神，能与高级设计师，设计总监及其他工作团队合作无阻；
7、具有良好的英语表达能力，有外资公司及国外教育背景者优先；
8、表现优越者将有机会晋升为高级设计师。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling full set of tender/construction drawing process.
2. Responsible site survey, analysis and measurements.
3. To support Senior Designer during conceptual design and documentation preparation.
4. Manage multiple design projects efficiently under pressure and tight schedules.
5. To collaborate with Senior Designer and Project Manager during construction/upgrading works
6. Work as Communication Channels between design team and supporting team.
Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with knowledge in building regulations.
2. At least 3 years working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field.
3. Excellent drafting technique and knowledge in working drawings.
4. High proficiency in CAD and SKetch up is a MUST.
5. Good communication skill, foreign company or education background is a PLUS.
6. Good communicate in English.
7. Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
8. Able to handle small projects and solve on site problems independently.
9. Work close with Senior Design and support team.
10. Good performer will promote as Senior Designer.
