- Major Accountabilities Of Position:
Quality Management
1. Project executions is in compliance with the requirements of Worley Management System and Knowledge System and is consistent with specific regulatory and contractual requirements.
2. Support BD department on bidding stage with proposal and Client’s meeting; support on project team during execution on Quality Assurance;
3. Organize and implement the assurance training for staff.
4. Facilitate the review/assessment as per MK system requirement in line with corporate, region, legislative or customer requirements.
5. Based on system requirement to develop the project assurance plan, independent assessment schedule and assurance schedule.
6. All scheduled assessments conducted and all findings closeout within agreed due date.
7. Support the internal/external audit for each financial year.
8. Ensure that customer quality management requirements and concerns and the needs of multiple stakeholders are being identified and managed effectively on projects.
9. Support in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to sound quality management practice and quality strategies.
10. Utilize assurance system to generate reports and be able to analysis the data.
- Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required Job Specific Knowledge:
1. Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
2. Strong coordination skills.
3. Experience of managing a team of quality practitioners across a portfolio or projects.
- Industry Specific Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 15 years industry experience, including at least 3 years in Quality Management and or engineering design background is preferred.
- Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Graduate qualifications in engineering, project and/or quality management. Bachelor degree or above.
- Language Skill: Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking in English. Be good at presentation and training.
