Responsibilities： Drafter required to produce 2D shop drawings, fabrication drawings and sketches for projects within the luxury retail fa？ade sector. · Coordinate architectural, structural, E&M drawings, 3D models and site surveys in order to identify problems. · Coordinate with Designer, Engineer, Project Managers & Site teams. · Preparation of drawings for tender presentation & method statements. · Take-offs of materials from shop and fabrication drawings for procurement. · Use of company procedures in plan preparation, documentation and recording systems. · Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the Line Manager. · Handle ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements · 5yrs+ relevant experience within the fa？ade construction industry. (Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Drafters role.) · Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and fabrication processes is required. · Experience of glass facades, curtain walling, structural steel or cladding is required. · 3D/BIM modelling and coordination experience using any packages (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino etc) is not a requirement, but would be an advantage. · Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin. · Proficient in MS Office. · Motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to work under pressure.

2. 良好的施工方法，材料和制造工艺知识。
3. 有玻璃幕墙、钢结构或饰面板经验。
4. 3D /BIM建模和协调经验，使用任何软件包(AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino等)不要求，但将优先考虑。
5. 熟练掌握英语、粤语和普通话。 6. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件。
7. 积极主动，责任心强，能承受工作压力。
