职位描述
要求:
1.建筑学本科以上学历，建筑设计专业毕业;
2.3-5年的建筑设计工作经验，有与外籍设计师配合或外企工作经验者优先;
3.有较强的方案设计能力和图纸表达能力;
4.能配合完成从项目投标、施工图设计到后期各个环节的技术工作;
5.熟练掌握AutoCAD、Rhino、Sketchup、Photoshop及其他相关专业软件;
6.熟悉有关国家规范及专业规范;
7.工作认真负责，耐心细心，有良好的团队协调能力;
8.具有较强的口头表达能力及协调能力，富有责任感。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture design;
2. 3-5 years of architecture design working experience, have experience to communicate and cooperate with foreign architects independently or working in foreign firm preferred;
3. Strong ability in conceptual creation and graphic representation;
4. Assist to carry project from bid, construction documents to later stage management and technique work;
5. Skillful user of Rhino, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other related computer skills;
6. Knowledge of Chinese building codes and construction practices;
7. Conscientious work, patient, coordination and management skill;
8. Fluent verbal and written language skills; coordination and management skill; full of responsibility.
