PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责
1. Ensure to comply with JVCo and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, Basic Safety Practices and all other requirements by JVCo EH&S and local regulation.
确保符合合资公司和当地的安全、健康和环境标准，完成强制性的安全要求和活动：安全培训、安全会议和所有其他合资公司与当地政府关于健康和安全法规的要求。
2. Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.
监控工厂设备和设施的运行状态，确保它们符合安全、健康和环境要求。
3. Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet expectations of production.
响应计划内的和计划外的紧急维修需求，24H/7天的基础上，迅速响应，并投入时间和精力，以满足生产的需求。
4. This position requires rich practical maintenance experience and hands-on ability, and needs to lead workers to implement specific maintenance tasks.
该岗位需要丰富的实际维修经验和动手能力，需要带领工人实施具体的维修任务。
5. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.
在故障排除和所有相关的维护工作或支持工作中提供实际的技术指导。
6. Responsible for the maintenance of all pressure vessels, tanks, relief valves, exchangers, pipeline, critical safety system and all types of rotating
equipment (Pumps, turbines and compressors, ) and other mechanical
system..
负责所有压力容器、储罐、安全阀、交换器、管道、关键安全系统和所有类型的旋转设备(泵、汽轮机、压缩机)等机械系统的维护工作。
7. Assist the maintenance engineer to complete the regular inventory of spare parts, test the performance of the incoming spare parts, and be responsible for the performance test of spare parts during storage to ensure the good performance of spare parts during storage
协助维修工程师完成备件定期盘库工作，对入库备件性能进行检测，负责备件存放期间性能检测，确保备件存放期间性能完好。
8. Responsible for providing plant equipment overhaul and daily operation failure maintenance record, archiving and summarizing, and according to the proposed reasonable improvement measures to reduce the same type of failure again
负责提供工厂设备大修和日常运行中出现的故障维修记录，存档汇总，同时提出合理化的改善措施，减少同一类型故障的再次发生。
9. To be familiar with all equipment in Purification Facility, maintain all mechanical equipment documents accurately and ensure equipment history reachable.
熟悉净化装置的相关设备，维护好机械设备相关文件，确保设备历史数据容易查阅。
10. Detect and diagnose faulty equipment, identify the cause of equipment failure, repair and improve reliability, and well verse with cause analysis techniques.
检测及诊断故障设备，并确定引起设备故障的根源，进行修复工作及可靠性改善。
11. Familiar with all equipment in the Purification equipment, maintained all mechanical equipment, and understood the main faults and causes.
熟悉净化装置设备中的所有设备，维护过所有机械设备，清楚其主要故障和原因。
12. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor's work in the facility to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.
协调或协助承包商在工厂的工作，以确保安全、质量和可靠性。
13. Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve Facility on stream capability.
协助开发、实施和定期检查预防性/预测性维护计划，以减少计划外的停机，提高设施的运行能力。
14. Inspect Pressure Systems (including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping) during plant outages / normal operation and Handle daily breakdown of pressure equipment.
在正常运行或停车期间，对压力系统(包括压力容器、热交换器、管道等)检查，处理日常发现的压力系统问题。
JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
• Educational: Diploma or higher education holder in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering. Education requirement for senior technician certificate holder can be lowered to secondary vocational school.
学历要求：大专及以上学历，机械相关专业。
• Working Experience: The minimum requirements for the machinery/mechanical technician's position are 2+ years' Hands-on maintenance experience.
工作经验：至少2年以上在化工设备维修的现场工作经验。
• Able to work independently as well as in a team player. Strong hands-on ability for equipment troubleshooting
能力独立工作，也能适应团队工作。动手解决设备故障的能力。
• Basic office software operation.
熟练使用办公软件。
