PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
岗位职责

Work closely with other operators and maintenance engineers to be responsible for daily operation of LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently.
与其他操作员以及工程师密切合作，负责日常运行，包括工艺控制，管道输送系统，产品质量保证，槽车充装，现场/设备日常检查等。确保工厂安全高效运行；

Record daily/monthly production report and execute daily/monthly routine job.
记录每日/每月产量报表，并完成每日/每月日常任务；

Assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance.
协助维修工程师进行预防性维修；

Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
参加安全会议，进行安全审核（包括APSAM，BSP，5M，安全行动培训等），以及编写安全报告。

Know clearly relevant process procedures and the operation of all site equipment, and surely can start up or shut down the plant himself. Surely can take ASU plant warm start up and plant defrost by himself.
熟悉相关流程以及现场设备的操作，能自主开停车，能够暖场启动和工厂除霜。

Attend all required training and obtain required certifications and qualifications. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard.
参加所有要求的培训并取得认证和资格证书，学习并实施相关程序/安全标准；

Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard
遵守公司政策和规章制度，遵循EH&S规程和标准；

Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual.
逐步提高英语水平，能阅读安全手册和操作手册；

Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
任职资格

College or above in Chemical process, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial automation, Instrument engineering or related disciplines.
化工、机械、电器、工业自动化或仪表相关专业大专及以上学历。

Simple English reading skill.
简单英语阅读能力

Good knowledge in safety.
良好的安全知识

Honest, positive, hardworking, learning fast, good team work spirit and strong execution power.
为人诚实，积极向上，吃苦耐劳，学习能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神和较强的执行力

Suitable for shift work.
