Responsibilities:
Serving as a designer of China’s architectural design projects;
Able to fully understand the design ideas, concept and design results of the UK headquarter; and have the ability to deepen the design, produce architectural conceptual design, scheme, expanded initial design, architectural drawing design output; carry out project design cost control, design quality control, and design control;
Cooperate with the Architectural design professional person in-charge to survey the sites, listen to requests of the clients, attention to the requirements of the Planning Bureau and other government departments, and produce the corresponding design documents to report to the Architectural design professional person in-charge;
Assist the Architectural design professional person in-charge to provide design support for the chief designer of the headquarter, and answer their questions for the China’s regulations on the design specifications;
Assist MARKETING's work in China, including but not limited to: company promotion, project promotion, media interviews, seminars, etc.;
Assist in business development in China, including but not limited to developing new clients, expanding new projects, actively looking for information on international program solicitation projects and bidding projects, actively participating in international program solicitation and bidding, and assist in supplier’s information record;
Report to the Architectural design professional person in-charge of the China’s office and accept their performance assessment.
Requirements:
1. More than 1 year of work experience in architectural and design institute in China;
2. Possess design experience in commercial buildings and office buildings
3. Excellent in using Revit, CAD, indesign, photoshop and other software;
4. Good reporting skills and communication skills;
5. Highly disciplined and have a very strong emotional
control ability; bring its own driving force; be able to travel frequently on business trip or work in different location; be able to adapt to high-intensity work;

岗位职责：
担任中国建筑设计项目的设计师；
能够完整理解英国总部的设计意图、理念和设计成果；并有能力进行深化设计，出建筑概念设计、方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计图纸；进行项目设计成本控制、设计质量控制、设计进度把控；
配合专业负责人踏勘现场，聆听客户诉求，聆听规划局等政府部门的要求，并制作相应的设计文件向专业负责人汇报；
协助专业负责人为总部主创设计师提供设计上的支持，解答总部主创设计师的任何疑问，比如中国的规范等；
协助MARKETING在中国的工作，包括并不限于：公司宣传、项目宣传、接受媒体采访、研讨会等；
协助在中国设计业务拓展工作，包括并不限于开发新客户、拓展新项目、积极寻找国际方案征集项目和竞标项目的信息、积极参与国际方案征集和投标工作、供应商入库；
汇报给中国专业负责人并接受中国专业负责人的考核。
岗位要求：
1.具有在中国的建筑设计院1年以上的工作经历；
2.具有商业建筑、办公楼建筑的设计经验；
3.非常熟练掌握revit，cad，indesign，photoshop等软件；
4.具有良好的汇报能力和沟通能力；
5.具有非常强的自我管理能力；具有非常强的情绪控制能力；自带驱动力；能够经常性出差和短期的异地工作；能够适应高强度和高节奏的工作；
