职位描述

Job Summary:

· Directly report to IT client service manager and responsible for coordinating IT projects within the region/country(ies), stakeholder management, managing day-to-day IT procurement requests and keeping track on operating cost information for assigned country(ies). Manage IT software and hardware inventory consistently. Monitor IT services delivery quality.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible on day-to-day IT procurement requests for all hardware and software for the assigned office(s).

· Responsible for operating cost budget tracking and forecasting for the assigned countries.

· Accountable to ensure the BEST customer services are provided to assigned country(ies). Escalation point to service vendor for timely resolution.

· Work with service vendor to ensure timely incident recovery and to resolve any day-to-day IT related technical issues.

· Coordinate and work with Project Manager and / or local vendor to execute projects according to local business requirements and regional/global IT directions.

· Adhere to Global IT standards, work with regional IT counterparts to ensure consistency on IT solutions, services and processes across the organization.

· Accountable for the compliance of IT policies, standards, and processes for the assigned office(s). Strong awareness and understanding of IT security risks is a must.

· Accountable for managing assigned office(s) IT spending and purchasing according to budget assigned.

· Responsible to manage local IT vendors and any local escalated issues where necessary.

· Responsible for end user communication for both scheduled and unscheduled IT maintenance and activities.

· Coordinate for the maintenance and /upgrade of local IT equipment and software/applications based on group IT direction.

· Any other duties assigned by local country and / or Global/Regional IT management.


Experiences:

· At least 4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and/or vendor management activities.

· At least 8+ years of relevant experience in IT industry.

· 3+ years in supporting IT networks, SANs, server and networking equipment, , operating systems, server room maintenance and various technologies such as Microsoft Cloud/Azure, Office 365 Suites (Sharepoint, MS Teams) Exchange Online, Skype Enterprise Voice, VPN, office Wi-Fi, etc.

· Knowledge on engineering software would be an advantage.

· Candidate with lesser experiences would consider as Senior Officer.

· Demonstrated experience working for large organizations.

· Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.

· Build and maintain good relationship with the end user community and business stakeholders.

· Proven ability to facilitate change management with teams.

· Good negotiation and resolution skills Excellent communication skills.

· Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST plus one other Asia language.

· Ability to work within diverse, global and virtual teams.

· Proven ability to thrive under pressure.
