61 Routine work including participate in daily toolbox meeting and manage daily field work, organize weekly maintenance scheduling meetings and develop weekly maintenance work plan, feedback previous weekly plan work status within team. Work with production team for emergency and break-in work as required.
日常工作包含出席每日工具箱会议，负责管理现场工作，组织每周维修计划会议，编制每周维修工作计划，反馈周计划执行情况，与生产团队一同应对非计划任务。
61 Outage work scope selection and finalize, total outage schedule develops and release, outage execution and daily management, including organize daily tool box meeting and daily review meeting, provide timely support for field work.
大修任务范围的筛选和确定，整体大修计划的编制和确定，大修的执行和每日管理，包含组织每日工具箱会议和每日进展会议，给与现场工作提供及时的支持。
61 SAP work should be one important part, work orders status review and closure, document equipment work order history, continuously improve the work order data input and finalize analysis as output, also need schedule monthly review meeting and update progress. Focus on longer than 6 months open work order, organize discussion meeting for push forward accordingly.

61 Support supervisor to well manage field maintenance work, make sure all the work can be done smoothly, safely and high quality. Contractors management, including PPE, work permit, tools and safety behavior meet company SHE requirement.
协助维修主管完善现场维修工作的管理，确保所有工作都能顺利，安全和高质量完成。承包商管理，包含PPE，作业票，工器具和安全行为等须满足公司SHE要求。
61 Encourage near miss report and share within team, participate in incident investigation meeting

Here is what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
● College’s degree and mechanical/Electrical/Instrument major at university.
专科学历，机械/电气/仪表专业
● At least 3-5 years’ working experience in chemical plant.
3-5年化工厂经验
● Excel or project software for schedule.
会使用Excel或Project软件编制计划
● SAP experience is required to plan maintenance work, submit PR, accept goods etc.
SAP技能，会创建工单，提交PR，收货等。
● Contractor management experience is preferred.
承包商管理技能优先
● Project improvement and modification experience are preferred.
项目管理和技改项目经验优先
● Good communication and report， teamwork.
良好沟通和汇报，能团队工作。
