职位描述

BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks
- Develop and update the relevant procedures and workflow for substation initial energization and transition operation after energization till substation hand-over to operation,
- Collaborate with central project management team and cluster project construction team to optimize the energization planning and scheduling,
- Interface leading role with project construction manager for electrical automation system loop check,
- Lead team to conduct the site acceptance inspection for the mechanical completion, readiness review and verification check for substation startup,
- Collaborate with site EHS, project team and plant operation team etc. to prepare the Safety Review prior to substation energization.
- Command the initial energization of new substations
- Maintains the transition operation of power supply and distribution, substation operation, including safety, environment, supply quantity & reliability and assets effectiveness.
- Assist project operation manager (POM) to achieve the project requirements and targets regarding cost, schedule, risk, quality, and safety.
- Completes other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Take safety responsibilities with detailed information in Annex.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in chemical, engineering or related,
- 10+ years work experience on electrical power supply operation/maintenance/projec , 5+ years team leading experience,
- Fluent English speaking and writing capability, competent to chair meeting and discussion in English , Familiar with MS office, good writing and reporting skill.
- Good communication skill, conflict management, EHS management, teamwork spirit.
