1. 熟悉项目背景及工作流程，组织及协调相关资源，以合同委托的服务内容为依据，完成项目所要求的相关工作。
2. 负责项目进度和成本控制、资源协调及风险预测，积极有效的处理项目内外矛盾
3. 完成项目会议纪要、文件输出控制及备份管理，项目总结并与团队共同分享和学习
4 施工现场的监督及工程验收，协助控制设计质量
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，建筑学，室内设计或相关专业，四年以上相关工作经验，具有外企同类职位工作者优先
2. 掌握国家、地方和行业关于建筑施工管理方面的法律法规，熟悉建筑施工管理流程和要求
3. 具有较强的组织沟通协调能力，具备较强的判断能力和决策能力
4. 良好的职业素质和团队合作精神，熟练操作AutoCad、Microsoft Office 等相关软件

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and good at decision making, familiar with AutoCad, MS Program, etc.
