Responsibilities:
1. Co-development of manufacturing processes with process research chemist to meet business needs and timelines;
2. Develops and evaluates available technology and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement recommendation and goals, and improvement of existing manufacturing processes;
3. Evaluates complex manufacturing processes and equipment to identify and recommend equipment upgrades that could increase efficiency or quality;
4. Establish bench-scale platform to obtain key process parameters for scale-up purpose;
5. Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and Maintain lab equipment good performance;
6 Solves & troubleshoots engineering issues in relation to production line equipment from a process related point of view.
Qualifications:
1. Ph.D or Master in chemical engineering;
2. Professional in reaction engineering, separation engineering and chemical engineering;
3. The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities;
4. Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills;
5. With good organizational and planning skills;
6. Strong Team player.
