招聘对象：重点大学建筑学或设计类本科毕业
任职资格：
1.中国中级建筑师或者同等海外专业资格；
2.中英文听说写能力；
3.4年以上相关工作经历；
4.熟练掌握及运用Rhino ，AutoCAD, 或者其它三维软件；
5.精通中国设计规范及有成功实践案例；
6.拥有可持续发展设计经验；
7.曾今主持或参与大型商住项目,旅游规划,酒店规划等优先；
8.国外大型设计所或外籍优先；
9.工作偏方案创作及总图设计。
待遇（8000元起）：底薪+提成+花红+双薪(工作满5年有技术股份,可合伙)。
Compensation: generous and stable
Location: Shenzhen
Target: Bachelor's degree in architecture or design from a major university
Qualifications:
1. Intermediate Chinese architect or equivalent overseas professional qualification;
2. Listening, speaking and writing in Chinese and English;
3. At least 3.4 years relevant working experience;
4. Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD or other 3D software;
5. Proficient in Chinese design codes and successful practice cases;
6. Experience in sustainable design;
7. Have presided over or participated in large commercial and residential projects, tourism planning, hotel planning, etc.
8. Overseas large design institutes or foreign countries are preferred;
9. Creation of partial work plan and general drawing design.
Salary (from 8000 yuan) : basic salary + commission + bonus + double salary (after 5 years of work with technical shares, can partner).
