要求：
(a)Academic / Major 学历/专业
Bachelor degree or above in medical imaging, medical bioengineer, pharmacology or Biology related major.
医学影像、生物医学工程、工程药学或生物学相关等教育背景，本科以上学历。
(b)Professional Skills 专业技能要求
Familiar with medical imaging and clinical trials.
熟悉医学影像（例如：CT, MR, 放射线核素，B-超，DSA 等）和临床试验研究的基础知识。
Understanding of SFDA, ICH regulations. 理解 SFDA、ICH 法规。
(c)Working Experience 工作经验要求
Prefer certain radiology working experience，for example 3~5 years, at hospital.
最好在医院放射科有 3~5 年的工作经验（例如，放射科医生或有资历的放射科技师等）。
(d)Language ability 语言能力
Proficiency in verbal/written communication in Chinese/English.
熟练应用中英文。
(e)Computer Literacy 电脑相关知识
Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

(f)Other abilities such as Communication skills\Information-gathering skills. 本职位要求的其他能力：如沟通能力\信息收集能力等。

二、 Responsibilities 工作职责
(a)Draft and implement feasible project management plan and project report according to SOPs , ICH GCP Guidelines and study protocol.
按照公司SOP、ICH-GCP、方案和影像质量的要求，制定项目管理计划书和项目报告。
(b)Project Management of study timelines, budgets and study centers.
完成制作研究项目的时间进程、资金预算和基地中心管理。
(c)Development of project specific imaging manual and procedure manual.
制定项目的具体成像手册和操作程序手册。
(d)Perform Imaging QC and query as needed.
对项目影像进行质控和质询。
(e)Assist independent readers’ selection.
协助独立读片者/放射科医生的筛选。
(f)Master basic knowledge of reading criteria for studies.
学习并掌握具体项目所设立的读片要求和读片准则。
(g)Monitors and QC of offsite assessments/blinded reads.
监控独立读片/第三方读片并质量控制读片结果。
(h)Updates and maintains project tracking logs as required.
按需要更新和维护项目文本记录并能跟进。
(i)Keep positive relationship with client and investigator/CRA.
与客户及研究者及 CRA 维持良好的合作关系。
(j)Perform necessary training for team members and build the effective team.
对项目成员进行必要的培训以建立高绩效的临床研究团队。
(k)Travel (approximately20%-30%) domestic and international.
