工作职责：
结合工作室年度计划，制定商业项目拓展计划并实施，完成工作室年度/季度商业项目指标cording to the Business plan of Studio Valentiny，making and implementing business plan for project developing. Complete the annual/quarter business project target of the studio开发客户资源，维护客户关系；veloping customer resources and maintaining customer relationship;挖掘潜在项目及各方合作渠道，高效快递的为工作室带来建筑领域的商业项目；veloping potential projects and commercial channels，bring projects to studio efficiently;对合作项目进行项目背景调查，可靠度评估，收集资料，进行可行性研究、并跟踪进展，签订合作协议；Projects background research，credibility evaluation, material collection, project follow-up and contract sign-up制定商务合同，报价，投标文件等项目相关的商务文件;afting contracts and quotations，and prepare bidding document and any other business document related to projects.协助领导临时交办的其他工作.Helping with other duties assigned by the Director.
岗位要求：本科及以上学历；市场营销、企业管理学等专业。建筑及房地产背景优先chelor Degree or above; Major related to marketing, business management. Background of architecture and real estate industry will be better.5年以上房地产/设计院/规划院等领域工作经验，有项目渠道资源者优先re than 5 years’ experience in the industry of real estate, design institute, planning institute. Candidate with Project channel resources are preferred抗压能力强，具备独立处理复杂问题和危机事件的能力；ving the ability to work under high pressure, deal with complicated problems and emergencies;具备优秀中英文听说读写能力，与外籍设计师无障碍沟通；cellent in Chinese and English, could communicate with foreign designers without obstacles具有较强的方案策划、PPT制作及数据分析能力cellent in project strategy making， presentation, PPT editing， and data analysis.性格活泼开朗，能适应出差。Being outgoing; Accepting business trip.
