1. Be in charge of meetings arrangements, filing, and doing expense claims, payment, etc. for GM and DGM;
为总经理和副总经理做好会议安排,文件归档,处理费用报销,付款事宜;
2. Arranges meeting appointments, travel flights, transportation, accommodation and visa application for executives;
安排总经理、副总经理的会议、差旅机票、交通、住宿和签证申请;
3. Act as the executives’ personal representative on internal and external matters of an administrative nature;
作为总经理、副总经理的个人代表处理内外行政事务;
4. Act as communicating person for shareholders on various matters ease etc.;
作为股东方的沟通代表处理
5.Manage the company’s communication with external and internal stakeholders;
负责公司与外部和内部利益相关者的沟通;
6.Implement relevant Corporate communication guidelines & initiatives;
执行公司相关的公共关系准则和事务;
7.Organize internal activities (Coordinate with F&A dept. to organize annual dinner/outing) etc. and external events and seminar;
组织内部活动(与财务及行政部共同组织年会、郊游等活动)及外部活动和研讨会;
8.Attend the safety drill and react actively during the drill and make following actions in respect to crisis communication;
参加安全演习,在演习中积极应对,做好危机沟通响应;
9.Work closely with Sales & Marketing department for renewing Company presentation /brochure/website and preparing company gifts/trophies/exhibition;
与销售及市场部紧密合作,更新公司的介绍/宣传册/网站,并准备公司礼品/纪念品/展览;
10.Other tasks assigned by GM.

1.Education: Bachelor's Degree,
本科或以上学历
2.Average skills in: Good computer skills, especially for Microsoft office;
良好的电脑及办公软件操作技能;
