? Be responsible for the whole procurement process of related products, from sourcing to quality control and after sales service;

? Be responsible for preparation and submit related reports and purchasing data;

? Assist purchase supervisor to draft annual purchase plan based on the purchase requests from every department;
结合各部门提供的采购需求计划，协助采购主管编制每年的采购预算;
? Cooperate with customs clearance company to clear customs for imported goods;
协助报关公司处理进口清关货物;
? Be responsible for documents filing and management;
负责相关文件的归档及管理;
? Prepare payment application;
准备并制作付款申请单;
? Accomplish other tasks assigned by management.

岗位要求：
Education: At least college education in relevant majors, technical majors prefers.
大专以上学历，技术专业优先;
Experience: 5-year purchase experience in chemical industry
5年化工行业相关工作经验；
Excellent skills in: Communication and negotiation tactics
良好的沟通以及协商能力；
General knowledge: purchasing management
有采购管理知识;
Others: Good team work spirit and can work under pressure
良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下工作;
