主要职责:
一、负责公司日常行政及后勤事务:
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转、收发传真及信件;
2、负责公司人员招聘、入职、离职等相关手续,文档资料整理存放;
3、负责公司外籍员工就业证及签证事宜;
4、负责公司员工日常考勤管理;
5、负责公司办公资产、办公用品与杂物的采购、维护和管理;
6、起草、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录,协助组织公司各种活动、会议和出差事宜;
7、维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境;
8、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
二、负责公司出纳工作,包括:
1、负责公司发票的管理和开具,包括发票购买、税控软件维护等;
2、负责公司现金的进出及盘点,费用报销,定期与会计核对确保账实相符;
3、负责现金的提取、支票的开具和管理;
4、负责银行单据管理,与会计做好交接;
任职要求:
1、行政管理、文秘、会计相关专业,2年以上相关工作经验,有行政管理经验者优先;
2、较强的口头和书面英语能力。
3、熟练运用办公软件。
4、有较好的沟通及理解能力
5、细心,责任心强,积极的工作态度,有团队合作精神
Job Responsibilities:

二、 responsible for the company's cashier work, including:
1, the company responsible for the management of invoices and invoices, purchase invoices, including tax software maintenance etc.;
2, responsible for the company's cash in and out of the inventory, expenses reimbursement, periodic and accounting check to ensure that the account is consistent;
3, responsible for cash extraction, check the issuance and management;
4, responsible for the management of bank documents, and make the transition to the accounting;
Qualifications:
1、administrative, secretarial, accounting related major, 2 years relevant working experience, have experience in administration is preferred;
2、Strong verbal and written English ability.
3、skilled use of office software.
