职位描述

岗位职责：
1、参与初步及概念设计方案；

2、在项目投标过程中提供室内设计方案；

3、协助内部与外部顾问设计工作；

4、参与施工图制作的流程计划及细节监管；

5、对项目的工程部分进行设计监督，参与项目的用料确认和现场调整后续执行.

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，建筑、室内设计等相关专业;

2、至少拥有3-5年室内设计的经验, 具有专业商业及办公室项目室内设计经验;

3、具有很强的概念设计和技术文本能力，把握设计效果能力强，有高度创作热情及具备较强的团队精神；

4、具有很好的组织和沟通能力;

5、熟练操作AutoCAD、InDesign、Sketchup、PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件；

6、流利口语和书面英语和中文(粤语、普通话).

Responsibilities:·
Prepare
project brief. ·
Createinitial
and concept design solutions.·
Develop
interior design solutions through to tender.·
Prepare
presentation, design development and tender drawings.·
Coordinate
design work both internally and with that produced by externalconsultants.·
Ensure
high design standards are maintained on all projects.Requirements:·
Diploma
or degree in Architecture or InteriorDesign·
At
least 3 -5 yearsInteriorDesign experiencein　retailindustry·
Strong
conceptual design and technical documentation skills·
Strong
organizational and communication skills, good follow up and as well as being an
excellent team player are absolute essentials·
A
dynamic and mature personality and ability to demonstrate effective
communication and organization skills·
Knowledge
of AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must and InDesign is preferred·
Fluency
in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
