Responsibilityfor Principle Planner：
Provide project management and direction of commissions, principally within the China region;
Form excellent relationships with our key clients;
Provide leadership to Transport Planning’s bidding and business development activities;
Liaise with other business leaders and client managers within China business to assist with business strategy and respond to opportunities;
Manage project budgets and teams;
Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members;
Requirements for Principle Planner：
Master degree of transport planning \ engineering
Background in any of the following: Transport Planning and Engineering \ Urban Transport Master planning, Transport Modelling, Public Transport operations and planning, Development Design or Transport Design；
Excellent understanding of clients in the China region and their requirements;
With 8+years experience in development transport consulting projects\ transport planning\ micro transport Strong client relationships;
Experience in development transport consulting projects\ transport planning\ micro transport modelling;
Demonstrable collaborative skills, able to work with people in all aspects of our business;
Work winner with experience in leading both major framework and mini bid competitions;
Proven budget management experience;
Delegation and mentoring skills;
