Archibat HR Asia is looking for an Interior Designer for a Young and Dynamic Creative Architectural Design Studio.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Initiating and developing conceptual design ideas within a group or as design team leader；
2. Effectively accomplishing the core design tasks of projects, and having effective control over all design stages of projects;
3. Performing good communication and report on design plan, and maintaining good customer relationship;
4. Responsible for checking the professional technical quality, and controlling the implementation of drawing specifications and technical standards in the design team.
岗位职责：
1. 作为设计师或者带领设计团队，发起并发展深化概念设计方案；
2. 有效完成项目的核心设计工作，并对项目的全阶段进行有效控制；
3. 做好项目方案阶段的沟通与汇报，并维护良好的客户关系；
4. 负责专业技术质量的把关，控制本组内制图规范及技术标准的实施。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in architecture, interior design or other design major, at least 2 years of professional practice working experience on commercial/culture projects;
2. Fluency in English to professional working level, overseas Study and working experience in a well-known architectural office will be preferred;
3. Possess strong innovation idea, design abilities and self-motivation;
4. Positive and optimistic, good at communication, strong enterprising spirit, able to work under high pressure and finish the work with high efficiency and quality;
5. Experience in leading a team and undertaking independent project design (please explain your position and work contents in your portfolio);
6. Proficiency in professional software, such as Rhino, Grasshopper, SU, ID, AI, PS and CAD.
任职要求：
1. 室内设计或相关设计专业本科或以上学历，具有2 年以上商业公建项目工作经验；
2. 中英文流利达到专业沟通水平，有海外留学经历或知名设计公司经验优先；
3. 具有强大的创新意识、方案设计能力和自驱力；
4. 积极乐观、善于沟通，有进取精神和事业心，能承受较强工作压力，高效高质完成所负责的工作
5. 具有带领团队、承担独立项目设计工作的经验（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）；
6. 精通常用的专业软件，如：Rhino, Grasshopper, SU, ID, AI, PS 和 CAD。
