Assistant Technical Manager
Work location: Shanghai
Working in Building Physics team in Technical Center of EMSI. Building Physics team includes modeling in energy, lighting, CFD, airflow, acoustics, elevator, etc., in service of green building and sustainable design consultancy projects.
Main Responsibilities
1. Independently prepare or lead a team to prepare professional presentations, reports and documentations to meet customer requirements.
2. Work with the internal and external project teams to identify building performance improvement strategies through modeling.
Communicate effectively and establish relationships with clients and project management teamsSupport business development, develop technical proposals including methodologies and modeling tasksProvide cross-functional support to ensure client needs and deadlines are metActively participate and co-lead in internal technical study focus groupsPerforming other job-related duties as required
Key Qualifications
M.Sc. or PhD in HVAC Engineering/Building Science/Thermodynamics5-10 years relevant experience in green building/sustainability designExcellent analytical, communication, and writing skills in both English and ChineseGood organizational skills with ability to independently manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detailExpertise in at least 1 modeling tool (Additional is a plus), including but not limited to:Energy: eQuest/DOE2, EnergyPlusLighting: RadianceCFD/Airflow: Fluent, ContamAcoustics: SoundPlan, CADNAProficiency in AutoCAD, MSOfficeProficiency in Revit, Rhino+Grasshopper is a plusProgramming knowledge .NET/Java, and analytical software Matlab, Mathematica, etc., is a plus as EMSI often utilizes and develops custom tools
助理技术经理
工作地点：上海
任职于EMSI技术中心的建筑物理团队。建筑物理团队作为EMSI绿色建筑和可持续设计咨询服务强有力的技术支持，工作内容包括但不限于能耗模拟分析、采光模拟分析、CFD气流组织模拟分析、声学和电梯模拟分析。
主要工作职责：
能独立准备或带领团队准备专业的技术文件和汇报文件，达到客户的要求能够与内部和外部团队有效合作，通过模拟分析确定建筑性能改进策略能够通过有效的沟通，和客户和项目管理团队建立良好的关系有效支持业务开发，完成技术方案的撰写提供跨职能的支持，以确保满足客户的需求和项目完成期限积极参与并协同领导公司内部的技术研究Focus Group根据要求，执行其他工作相关的职责
任职要求：
暖通空调、建筑科学、热力学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历5-10年绿色建筑和可持续设计相关经验出色的中英文分析、沟通和写作能力良好的组织协调能力，能够独立管理多项任务，同时需保持对细节的掌握和关注熟练掌握至少1种模拟分析工具（掌握多种工具可作为附加优势），包括但不限于:能耗分析: eQuest/DOE2, EnergyPlus采光分析: RadianceCFD/气流组织分析: Fluent, Contam声学分析: SoundPlan, CADNA熟练使用AutoCAD, MS Office熟练使用Revit, Rhino+Grasshopper ，可作为附加优势因EMSI经常为项目需要，使用和开发自定义工具，掌握编程知识（如：.NET/Java）和分析软件（如：Matlab, Mathematica），可作为附加优势。
