Description of the role:
Responsible for planning & implementing sales & marketing in achieving the goals & targets defined by the company and oversees the operation of China office & procurement activities. Report directly to Head - International Ops.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing assigned Client accounts with a first point of contact for day-to-day support matters, this includes:
Presenting products and services to clients, such as DRA, base oil and Catalyst Handling, etc.
Understanding problem, challenges and demands of potential clients, identifying high value clients.
Providing communication support among principles and clients, which include reports translation and client data collection, etc.
Building and maintain positive relationships with pipeline, refinery, petrochemical and upstream clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
Report to Head – International Ops directly on the potential clients/P&L and other sales related matters.
2.Office/Admin/Operations/Procurements ManagementManage day to day operations including support on finance, accounting and human resources functions.
Monitor all procurement activities of DPTSL to make sure everyone follows the code of conduct and LOA.
Maintain archived files of DPTSL such as contracts, procurement processing recording files, invoices, agency agreement, etc.
Manage country expenses within agreed budgets.
Manage the business performance (P&L).
3.Identify new future significant business and revenue opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Analyze trends and evaluate business opportunities.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Both in writing and speaking).
Competency in:
Fully understand the country’s objectives, business scope, financial situations and tax policy
Building relationship with clients (current and potential, Internal and External), suppliers and government officials.
People Management skills.
