We are looking for a Snr Design Manager to join us in working on exciting hospitality projects. This position will be based in Shanghai.
我们正在寻找一位资深设计经理（室内设计），负责酒店项目的设计。该职位工作地在上海。

Your Responsibility

• Manage and establish creative direction of projects with design teams.
• Lead the composing of concept narrative and presentation package.
• Be one of the key design interphases with clients, hotel management project managers and design teams.
• Ensure manhours management to achieve project profitability.
• Participate in business development efforts and require travelling to project locations within China/internationally.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school or interior design /university.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a manager’s position
• Positive leadership experience with the ability to progress projects forward with the team.
• Communication experience with the ability to establish who your audiences are and communicate your message & instructions accordingly.
• Management experience of design and people with clarity, care, and compassion.
• Fluent in written & spoken the Chinese and English languages

职责
• 带领并与设计团队一起管理和建立项目的创意方向
• 主导概念故事线和提案的撰写
• 成为与客户、酒店管理、项目经理和设计团队沟通的关键设计环节之一。
• 确保工时管理，实现项目盈利。
• 参与业务开发工作，需要出差到国内或国际项目所在地。

要求：
• 持有室内设计或相关专业本科或硕士学位。
• 至少12年酒店室内设计经验且担任设计经理职位2年以上；
• 能够调动并带领团队积极推动项目进度；
• 具有丰富的沟通经验，确定沟通对象的能力，并相应地传达你的信息和指示。
• 拥有设计和人员管理经验。
• 流利的中英文说写能力。
