We are looking for a FF&E Designer to join us in working on exciting hospitality projects. This position will be based in Shanghai.
我们正在寻找一位软装设计师，负责酒店项目的设计。该职位工作地在上海。

职位描述：
1、5年以上酒店软装设计经验。
2、良好的艺术修养及美术基础，对色彩及效果感悟力强。熟悉室内及软装设计知识及施工相关专业规范。
3、熟悉软装设计流程，完成项目深化工作包括物料书及清单编制。
4、与供应商保持良好的沟通并掌握最新材料，选择符合设计需求的物料确保整体效果。

5、责任心强、能够独立完成项目并保证质量。

6、熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup 等相关设计软件。
7、优秀的沟通能力和团队合作能力。

岗位职责：

1、依据业主及空间实际需求设计具体方案。

2、制作项目物料书，确保材料表中颜色、饰面和材料符合设计装修效果。
3、与客户/顾问/供应商沟通软装事项。
4、精通项目后期家具、灯具、窗帘、地毯、装饰品审图及材料确认工作，确保施工过程中细节符合设计要求。
5、根据项目不同要求，参与软装现场指导或布置。
6、需良好的团队时间控制能力，并提交符合项目进度的必要文件

Requirements：
1. 5 years and above working experience in FFE Design
2. Good artistic accomplishment and art foundation, strong sense of color and the effect。Good knowledge of interior FFE design and the standard of construction.
3. Proficient in FFE Design process, produce SPEC.
4. Good communication with suppliers and keep updating the knowledge of new materials, select materials that meet the design requirements to ensure the overall effect
5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete projects independently and ensure the quality.
6. Competent to manage the design software, e.g. AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc
7. Good communication & coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities：
1. Produce scheme based on the requirements of clients and the space
2. Produce necessary specifications to ensure that the colors, finishes and materials in the material table conform to the design decoration effect
3. Communicate with client/consultants/suppliers on all FF&E and decoration matters.
4. Proficient in drawing inspect and material confirmation of furniture, lamps, curtains, carpets, accessories in the later stage of the project, to ensure that the details can match the design during the whole construction.
5. Participate in FF&E and Decoration installations
6. Ability to control the delivery of assigned task on time.
