职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Manage, plan, monitor and control the execution of projects from inception to handover, overseeing quality, cost changes and project progress. Our Project Management team manages difficult kind of projects include Commercial Development, Data Centre, Health Care, Industrial Factory, Institution/Education, Leisure and Recreation, Residential Development and Retail;
2. Liaise and collaborate with client, internal and external design consultants, local design institutes and contractors;
3. Manage the procurement of design consultants and contractors, and oversee the delivery of their contractual commitments;
4. Act as Client’s Representative or Contract Administrator may be required.

Qualifications and Experience required:
1. Candidates should possess professional membership of a recognized institution in Project Management / Architectural / Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction industry;
2. At least 10 years of post chartered experience. Candidates with experience in forming strategy on the properties and design review;
3. Working experience in international design or consultant company is preferred;
4. Working experience as the project manager or director (项目总监/设计总负责人) in design consultants company or LDI for over 10 years will be an advantage;
5. Self motivated, proactive individual who is capable to work in multi-cultural dynamic environment, focus on delivery to timelines and meet client’s expectations;
6. Ability to communicate effectively and work with clients, designers, contractors and other professionals;
7. Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera Project Planner and/or Microsoft Project will be an advantage;
8. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and good command of Putonghua is a must.
