任职资格：
1.建筑学专业本科或规划设计专业本科以上毕业，五年以上工作经验；
2.至少负责或参与超过3个类似项目；
3.从事过高星级酒店或综合体建筑设计，能独立承担高星级酒店或城市综合体项目规划、设计工作者优先；
4.手绘基础好。
5.优秀者可底薪+提成
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or Planning and Design, with more than two years of working experience;
2. Responsible for or involved in at least 1-2 projects;
3. Be engaged in the architectural design of high star hotels, can independently undertake the planning and design of high star hotels is preferred;
4. Excellent hand painting foundation.
