任职资格：
1、要求有10年以上境内和境外大型景观设计公司作为设计总监和主设计师的工作经验；
2、成功设计和操作过大型综合性景观项目．方案具有极强的创意和可实施性，能承担大型景观规划和设计的创意和设计，控制整个过程，把握最终效果，了解并具备国际前沿的景观设计方法和能力；
3、作为设计总监，负责景观设计方案和实施，能领导公司的设计水平；
4、具有很强的沟通技巧与能力，能协助公司进行市场拓展。

Chief Designer/Design Director Need:
We are looking for a Chief Designer/Landscape Design Director for our dynamic Beijing office. The person must have：
1、An international landscape designation, have at least 15 years of international experience, have worked on large scale high profile landscape projects as the chief designer or concept designer.　
2、Creative in schematic design but have solid site and engineering experience to implement the concept.　
3、Have strong communication skills and able to help the firm with business development. Confident to lead the design of one of the leading and most dynamic office in China.　
4、Willing to relocate in Beijing
