职位描述

Responsible for all phases of project planning, execution, organization, coordination and controlling in accordance with the established company policies, procedures and systems. Responsible for day to day contact and communication with the client to provide client satisfaction. Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. Serves as the proposal manager of large domestic and international project proposals. Job role has budgetary accountabilities. Bachelor degree in Refining or Chemical Engineering and/or Masters Possesses knowledge of refining, petrochemicals, ammonia or coal gasification. Minimum 15 years related work experience; foreign company PM experience will be a plus. Holding PMP certificate Good working knowledge and experience in project management tools such Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner (P3), Documentum, and etc. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and a team leader with pro-active attitude.Fluent in English (both written and oral)
