1、 我们需要你有国外留学背景，毕业于建筑景观相关专业，能用英语作为日常工作的语言。
2、 我们需要你4年左右景观设计行业相关经验，能指导2-3位志同道合的同事工作。
3、 如果你具备很好的领悟力、理解力以及沟通表达能力，我们愿意让你代表外籍主设去项目汇报。
4、 未来我们希望你能将优秀的项目团队管理技能应用到复杂的跨专业项目中，展现从项目开始到施工文件的各个阶段的设计专业知识，能够平行处理多个任务。
5、 当然CAD，ID,SU,Rhino和Lumion等软件技能是必备的，熟悉Revit, Rhino以及Grasshopper会优先考虑。
SED+ as an international professional group now is seeking a talented PM Designer to join our Shanghai/Shenzhen studio which was supervised by Hong Kong office.
Ideal candidate be experienced in project management involved in the whole design process, communicate with the project team/clients and directors, and to ensure the projects’ efficient progress. Qualifications as follows:
1. Postgraduate education background, major in landscape architecture/architecture/ urban design and relevant, be able to use bilingual language (Mandarine/English )in daily work.
2. More than 3 years of relevant working experiences in the design industry, self motivated and independent working attitude and can lead and mentor junior staff.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Experienced project management skills to coordinate the multidisciplinary projects, and be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
5. Familiar with design software such as CAD, ID, SU, Lumion etc., knowledge of Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper will be a plus.
