岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. 合同履行及回款任务：Contract fulfillment and collection task
与项目组充分沟通，了解项目进展情况并根据项目进展情况核实合同履行进度，负责相关回款工作（包括：制定回款计划、实施回款策略、监督回款整体情况 并形成法语或英语书面报告）；
Communicate with the project teams; know the process of the projects and according to the project process to verify the process of the contract fulfillment. In charge of the collection work (include: make collection plans, implement collection strategy, and supervise the overall situation of collection and form a written report in English or French.)
2. 市场开拓任务 Market development task:
熟悉地产开发、规划设计、建筑设计等类型项目执行流程及技术要点，协助上级领导开拓市场项目、维护重点客户关系；
Familiar with the operation procedure of architecture design and urban planning projects. Assist business manager to find project cooperation opportunities for the company; maintain the relationship with the important clients
3. 合同相关任务：Contract related task:
协助合同条款起草，设计任务书内容起草，并从多角度推进合同的签订及履行.
Assist to draft the contract terms, draft the content of design assignment book, promote the conclude and sign and the fulfillment of the contract from multi-angle.
4. 招投标相关任务：Bidding related task:
协助或独立完成项目招投标文件，及收集相关招投标项目信息.
Assist or independent to finish the project bidding documents , and collect related bidding information.
5. 企宣相关任务 Communication related task：
协助公司宣传部门参与公司企宣活动、宣传刊物、作品集等的编著 Assist the communication department to participate in the company corporate activities, promotional literature, edit portfolio and others
任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1，本科以上学历，建筑设计、城市规划、美术、项目管理、市场营销等相关专业；
Above bachelor degree, major in architecture, urban planning, art , project management or other related majors;
2，3-5年相关工作经验；
3-5 years’ related working experience;
3，法语（或英语）精通，能与外籍设计师或巴黎总部高管无障碍交流并撰写相关报告；
Excellent English or French, can communicate with foreign architects or the managers in head office and write related report.
4，学习能力强，能快速领悟、掌握新领域的行业知识信息；
Strong learning ability can quickly comprehend and master the new area’s knowledge information;
5，具备良好的谈判技巧及沟通能力，较强的责任心和团队合作精神。
Good negotiation skill and communication ability, good responsibility and cooperative spirit of group.
