公司现招募职位:项目经理

项目经理负责把控整个项目的进度和方向,各方的协调,方案的实施,各项要求的执行,直至项目完成。

负责和业主,顾问公司以及酒管的沟通,确保项目进行符合要求,达到预期目标。 制定和管理项目进度 组织会议:包括保证会议内容准确记录,整理和分发到各相关部门和人员。 准备项目状态报告和项目变更要求传达到设计团队,业主,顾问公司。 协商和解决项目各领域出现的各种问题。 组织和主持项目讨论会议。 和所有团队成员及其他相关各方沟通项目状态。

学历和工作经验要求

大学或以上学历;室内设计\建筑室内设计方向\项目管理\机电工程专业; 8年及以上工作经验,其中至少3年项目管理经验;

能力要求

熟知室内设计和项目管理工作内容。 非常了解室内设计领域材料和施工的方法。 对施工图解读精准。 熟知建筑系统和当地消防规范。 会使用AutoCAD. 精通Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project软件。 沟通能力强 较好的人际交往能力。

An international Interior Design firm is looking to hire another Project Manager in their Shanghai office.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects

Engage with clients, consultants and hotel management companies to ensure project meets requirements and objectives. Set-up and manage the interior design project schedule. Organize meetings; including ensuring that minutes of meeting will be taken, compiled and distributed. Prepare Project Status Reports and Project Change Requests the design team, client, consultants. Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project; Organize and chair project reference group meetings; Communicate project status to all team members, and other relevant parties.

Required Education & Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture, Project Management /Mechanical & Electrical Engineering A minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in project management of interior design projects.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Good knowledge of the interior design and project management Good knowledge of materials and construction methods related to interior design. Have a detailed eye for construction drawings Good knowledge of building systems and local fire codes Basic AutoCAD skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Confident communication skills Good interpersonal skills
