职责描述：
收集并分析市场趋势，发掘办公室相关室内设计/工程项目机会;
跟进项目机会，追踪潜在客户，提出、组织和执行相关市场计划;
与业务拓展、设计、工程团队高效合作, 一同开展投标工作，确保标书质量，依据项目具体情况，为客户提供完善的解决方案;
代表公司为客户进行专业演示; 编撰报价、服务方案书，进行合同报价谈判并至合同的签署和款项结算阶段;
策划、组织和执行营销活动，拓展目标销售渠道;
发展潜在客户并维护现有客户长期稳定的关系；不断提升客户满意度;
与业务拓展部密切有效沟通，以达到团队高效运作, 一同实现公司设定的销售目标;
参与行业活动及会议，获取行业信息，宣传及扩大品牌影响力。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，市场、商务、 建筑学、其他室内设计行业相关专业背景优先;
具有至少6-8年以上相关行业市场拓展、大客户或大项目销售经验;
对室内设计、建筑和工程领域具有丰富一定理论基础和业务拓展经验;
对中国房地产市场和建筑行业环境有深度认知, 拥有丰富的本地客户渠道和强大的商业关系;
较强的商业意识，积极主动，能主动联系客户和合作方，发展业务关系;
具有较强的表达、谈判能力及述标能力，能准备高质量的建议书或报告并宣讲及完成合同的谈及交付;
面对高强度的工作环境具有积极的工作态度;
性格外向并有亲和力, 具有优秀的中英文口语及书面沟通能力。
Senior Business Development Manager – Shenzhen
We are seeking a new Senior Business Development Manager for our Shenzhen Studio. As our new Senior Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients. you will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
You will drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets.
You will represent the company in the market and build industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships.
You will build a robust sales pipeline and forecast new bookings efficiently to meet business targets.
You will work closely with the leadership and team to complete the sales cycle and close deals.
You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
Requirements:
You are a goal oriented sales professional with experience of managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling process to multinational companies in the region.
You have achieved quota/annual targets in your previous roles
You have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills
You have experience working in Interior Design firms selling "Office Interiors Design & Build" services.
You possess excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
