岗位职责:
参与项目投标工作，配合营销及投标部分析项目风险利弊，完成投标文件编制、议标等工作；全面负责公司工程项目的指导及管理工作；负责落实各阶段、各类别施工图纸的设计与改进，审核施工图纸设计深度和质量，优化结构方案；全面负责项目开始阶段到收尾阶段等的所有工作；全面控制项目的安全，质量，进度及预算，保证客户满意度；作为项目的重要参与人，需有效沟通项目内外，带领项目团队完成项目工作， 管理并督促项目工程师根据设计及合约文件完成项目目标，满足客户要求；协助对现场质量进行监控和指导，解决项目实施过程中的质量问题；协调项目实施过程中遇到的难点与矛盾, 设计及技术问题；编写直接反应项目进展的周报及月报等, 负责项目协调及安排相关特别会议；审核签署相关项目外发文件；保障工程按质、按量、按期完成, 确保竣工验收顺利进行, 完成竣工报告；负责竣工验收后，负责项目进度款的申请和收取，确保资金及时到账, 组织相关人员编制整理项目结算资料。在缺陷整改期内，定期回访客户，协调整改缺陷事宜；完成上级分派的其它工作、任务。任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，建筑、土木、结构类相关专业；
2. 5年以上施工单位工作经验，3年以上大型项目全面工程管理工作经验，至少3个以上完整项目管理经历；
3. 熟悉工程开发及现场施工过程管理，对工程规划、设计、造价、预算、控制、施工管理有深刻的理解及实际操作经验；
4. 有一级、二级建造师证书者优先考虑；
5. 具有极强的团队合作领导, 高度的责任心, 执行解决能力强；
6. 具有较强的组织管理能力和极强的沟通协调能力，具有良好的职业素养和从业背景、具有强烈的敬业精神；
7. 能熟练使用Auto CAD、Project、Office等软件优先；
8. 熟练的英语听说读写能力优先。
We are seeking a new Project Manager- Workplace you will be the interface between project ownership and delivery. You are required to act as the single focal point of contact between the Client (or his representative), and Space Matrix, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.
In Brief
You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.
You will manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities
You will manage project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations,
You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
You will be responsible for supporting in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.
Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company
What We Expect
You are a project management professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
You have a diploma or degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
