1. 根据主设计师的设计意向进行深化设计，并出具深化设计图, 对方案可操作性提出合理意见
2. 了解设计并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸，监督并完成全套施工图绘制, 负责对项目进行跟踪和监督
3. 负责与施工图纸小组进行交接，整理汇总体现设计意图的全套资料，并确保其正确性；
4. 负责与施工图纸小组及硬装清单小组沟通，确定项目文件交付时间，合理安排项目人员及时间进度，并整合两个小组交付的项目文件，进行审核。确保项目文件交付内容的正确性及准时性。
5. 负责跟进项目开展过程中的各项根据业主或现场原因而发生的图纸或清单调整。
6. 配合现场项目经理及时解决现场问题，对处理不了的问题及时向主任设计师反馈并拿出可行方案；
7. 做好装饰施工图纸和设计文件的收集、整理保管工作；负责项目文件在主机和纸质文件夹的正确完整存档；
8. 做好现场与监理方及项目经理、技术人员技术和设计文件的沟通协调工作; 参与设计项目的后期施工管理
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，相关专业毕业
2. 熟练运用AutoCAD制图、3Ds max 、Photoshop, PowerPoint, Sketchup、Office等电脑软件；
3. 5年以上建筑装饰装修图纸深化工作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规，熟悉装修工艺流程；
4. 有较强的理解设计意图的能力，沟通能力良好；
5. 有一定的审美观，制图严谨、规范、高效率；责任心强，具有较强的团队协作能力。
6. 独立绘制全套施工图纸，具有一定深化施工图纸能力，对结构技术处理熟悉；对各种装饰材料的特性有一定认识；
7. 对装饰材料、施工工艺和装饰预算有较深的了解，有丰富的工地施工管理经验者优先.
We are seeking a Technical Designer - Workplace for our Shanghai Studio, you will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage.
In Brief
You will work closely with the senior designers and prepare interior design drawings/ documentation sets given information and/or sketch drawings.
You will be responsible in preparing fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages.
You should provide test-fit layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality assurance standards and project specifications.
What We Expect
You have at least 5 years' experience as an Interior CAD draftsman / CAD designer
You have a Diploma in Interiors or Architecture with expertise and high level proficiency of AutoCAD and other preferred software
You have an extensive knowledge in Space Planning by translating bubble diagrams and sketches to come up with creative solutions into CAD drawing
You have an experience in Workplace Cabinetry Details
You have a knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design
You have highly attentive to detail, well-organised and reliable
You have an excellent time management and organization skills
You have an excellent coordination and communication skills
You have ability to work well under pressure
