The management and alignment of company standard Concept Design Proposal, Construction
Drawing, Spec Book, BOQ, Design Schedule and all the Alignment Documents that PJ produce to
manage design and (or) build projects.
公司标准概念设计方案、施工图、规格书、工程量清单、设计进度表和PJ为管理设计和(或)建设项目而
编制的所有文件的管理和协调。
•Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion BASED ON PJ’
s ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
基于PJ的关联系统，从开工到完工整个项目监督和指导
•Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
审查可交付的施工计划及施工成本
•Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and saf
ety regulations
监督所有施工现场内外，遵守大厦安全条例
•Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
协调和监督施工工人及分包商
• tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
选择工具，材料，设备和跟踪库存
•Meet contractual conditions of performance
执行合同签约
•Review the work progress on daily basis
每天审查工作进展
•Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
准备对内外工作汇报
•Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
提前计划及预防和解决相关事项
•Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
协商合同条款，合同起稿和取得许可
•Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
分析，管理和规避风险
•Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

The candidate must have following spec:

Architectural & Interior Design Background Education
建筑与室内设计背景
Auto CAD + Other Design Softwares / MS Project, Excel, PPT
Auto CAD +其它设计软件/ MS项目，Excel, PPT
5 – 10 years working experience in construction management
5~10年 项目经理施工经验
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
先进的施工管理流程和方法
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules,
regulations and quality standards
建筑材料的专业知识，施工工艺，相关规定和质理管理标准
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
熟悉整个施工过程
Familiarity with construction management software packages
熟悉施工管理相关软件
Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
