About the role:

This role will lead the project management team to deliver the construction projects in a live-operational Data Center.

What this job involves:

n Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with a proven record of delivery within a similar role

n Client facing role, reporting project progress to senior members of the client team and stakeholders at relevant stages of the project

n Extensive leadership experience in Engineering / Construction field who will be the single point of contact on the owner's behalf

n Experience of successfully delivering medium to large sized construction projects

n Strong understanding of engineering design and operational aspects of mission critical facilities and infrastructure systems

n Deliver projects within the framework of environmental, sustainability, health and safety while maintaining focus on the time, cost, quality and risk management

n Identify early warnings and assist with client team to suggest and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures

n Manage project cost, change management process and check contractor invoices based on work done on site

n Manage schedule and cut-over / integration works and coordinate with the operations and facilities teams

n Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

n Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with construction site experience preferred

n Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a related field

n Strong understanding of new build / Interior construction project cycle.

n Project management qualification preferred (PMI / PMP)

n Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills

n Logical approach and High Attention to detail

n Bachelor's degree in Civils, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred

n Strong in providing and implementing Project Management methodology

n Experienced in managing teams
