岗位职责:
1.负责根据装修设计改造方案及机电设计方案制作清单及报价；
2.根据设备和材料的询价及分包报价填写成本价，汇总编制总成本；
3.根据深化后的改造图纸及时更新报价；
4.根据客户变更需求、机电工程师、设计师提供的变更图纸编制变更报价单；
5.与客户、分包做项目结算，进行成本分析。
任职资格:
1.概预算、工程造价或建筑工程相关专业毕业，有1-3年以上办公室装修装饰预算、安装预算经验，熟悉装饰材料；
2.熟练使用电脑及预算软件；
3.能够编制及核定装饰工程、预、决算，具有项目成本分析能力；
4.良好的沟通能力；
5.熟练操作广联达。
Estimator/Estimate Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for making a list and quotation for decoration design plans as well as for the electromechanical design plan;
2. Fill in the cost price based on the inquiries and subcontract quotations of equipment and materials, and summarize the total cost;
3. Update the quotation in time according to the detailed design drawings;
4. Prepare a change quotation based on the change requirements of customers, the change drawings provided by the mechanical and electrical engineers, and designers;
5. Make project settlement with customers and subcontractors and conduct cost analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Graduated from a major in budgetary estimate, engineering cost or construction engineering program with 1-3 years of experience related to office decoration and installation estimates and budgets, with basic familiarity with decoration materials;
2. Familiar with commonly used computer and budget software;
3. Able to prepare and approve decoration projects, budgets, and final accounts, and have the ability to analyze project costs;
4. Good communication skills;
5. Proficiency in operating GrandSoft.
