招聘对象：重点大学建筑学或设计类本科毕业
任职资格：
1.中国一级注册建筑师或者同等海外专业资格；
2.良好的中英文听说写能力；
3.5-10年以上相关工作经历；
4.熟练掌握及运用Rhino ，AutoCAD, 或者其它三维软件；
5.良好的手绘能力,了解中国设计规范及有成功实践案例；
6.拥有可持续发展设计经验；
7.曾今主持或参与国际五星级酒店或大型商住项目,旅游规划等优先；
8.国外大型设计所或外籍优先；
9.建筑方案创作及总体把控。
待遇（12000元起）：底薪+提成+花红+双薪(工作满5年有技术股份,可合伙)。

Location: Shenzhen
Target: Bachelor's degree in architecture or design from a major university
Qualifications:
1. Chinese First-class Registered Architect or equivalent overseas professional qualification;
2. Good command of English and Chinese in listening, speaking and writing;
3. At least 10 years relevant working experience;
4. Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD or other 3D software;
5. Good hand-drawing ability, understanding of Chinese design codes and successful practice cases;
6. Experience in sustainable design;
7. Have hosted or participated in international five-star hotels or large commercial and residential projects, tourism planning is preferred;
8. Overseas large design institutes or foreign countries are preferred;
9. Creation and overall control of architectural schemes.
Salary (starting from 12000 yuan) : basic salary + commission + bonus + double salary (after 5 years of work, you can partner with technical shares).
