职位描述：a) Work closely with the Principal and fellow FF&E Designers to create conceptual presentations for both Business Development and signed projects.
在项目上与公司总裁及其他设计师直接配合，负责软装概念设计文本之创作并在项目开发及签订中发挥作用。
b) Concentrate on and accept full responsibility for creating innovative design packages which will include the design concept, furniture & finishes selections/specifications, and material reference selections/specifications.
专注在设计文本的创新及发展并对内容负责，包括概念设计，家具，材料选型及清单，材料样品选型及清单等。
c) Review all specification before sending to clients.
对项目的深化清单内容进行审阅签字把关。
d) Work closely with other consultants and FF&E team coordinator to ensure a cohesive design is the result of the team’s work.
与其他顾问单位及软装设计团队配合，确保完成作品的完整度符合公司设计团队设计初衷。
e) Coordinate material reference with technical team.
和技术团队沟通协调材料
f) Assist with concept design presentations and specifications when needed
在有需要的时候协助概念设计简报及规格表清单的制作
g) Attend design presentations as required.
如被要求，则需出席设计简报会议
h) Attend project coordination/meetings/sub-contractor and site review meetings.
出席项目协调/会议/承包商、工地现场等会议
i) Assist with soft opening set-ups as required.
如被要求，则需协助试营开张准备安排
j) CAD support to tech team if required due to deadline
在赶工期间配合CAD技术团队进行支援
任职要求：
1. 室内设计专业本科以上学历，艺术设计类专业能力突出也可。
2. 对室内设计工作有热情。
