项目经理（深圳）
一工公司深圳办公室诚聘项目经理，来管理华南地区的设计和施工项目。
要求和主要职责
· 大学本科及以上学历，建筑工程、工程管理、土木工程、艺术设计相关专业
· 三至五年以上建筑装饰行业工程管理工作经验
· 熟练使用AutoCAD，Microsoft Project及其他办公软件
· 对设计、施工和项目流程有深刻的理解，具备一定的工程管理和技术分析处理能力，可以独立在工程项目前期负责资料申报，工程报建报审直至竣工验收等申报及审核工作
· 准备可行性研究、成本估算和项目进度，监控项目进度并做相应的项目预算
· 熟悉项目招标和施工管理工作及流程，能够进行图纸审核和协调工作
· 具有良好的职业道德和高度责任心，工作严谨敬业，能够承受较大工作压力
· 熟悉中国和深圳的建筑法规
· 具有出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神，可以与客户、施工方、监理方及内部团队进行高效沟通

· 有项目管理及注册建造师资格
· LEED AP 认证资格
· 熟悉机电以及其他相关行业如IT、办公家具等
· 具备中英文双语能力

Project Manager (Shenzhen)
Robarts Spaces is currently looking to fill at least one Project Manager position inour Shenzhen office. To manage Design and Build projects in the southern China area. This would require deep understanding of and experience with design, construction, and project procedures, an understanding of the M&E system, as well as other relevant trades such as IT and furniture would also important.
Requirements and Primary responsibility
· Degree or diploma in construction, engineering, civil engineering or other related discipline
· 3 to 5 years relevant working experience, construction certificate is preferred
· Good command of AutoCAD, Project and other office software
· Deep understanding of interior design, construction and project process, excellent engineering management and technical analysis and processing ability, can independently handle all types of project construction application and approval from early stage until the completion of acceptance
· Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project schedules, monitoring of the project schedule and budget the project's duration
· Familiar with bidding process and 3rd party supervision, able to review construction drawings and coordinate with design team
· Strong integrity, responsible and able to work under pressure, able to manage all activities on and off site
· Knowledgeable with China and Shenzhen building codes and regulations
· Good communication and team work sprit. Smooth communication is required to maintain the good relationship with client, main contractor and Sub-contractors
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria
· Sustainability champion/LEED AP
· PM License/Grade 1 Certified Engineer is preferred
· Being well-versed in the M&E system, as well as other relevant trades such as IT and furniture
· Bilingual (Chinese/English) is preferred
